UPS Ground - 4-6 business days. House Counsel does not ship to a P.O. Box.
Once your order ships, you will receive the tracking number via email. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
House Counsel is not responsible for taxes applied after the order has been placed. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please inspect your product at time of delivery and report any defect or damage within a 24-hour period and we will do our best to ship out a replacement within 2-3 business days. Pictures of the damaged packaging must be provided so we could file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.The customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from House Counsel.
